Why one payment
A subscription would mean counting your people. Counting means a licence server, and a licence server means your tracker asking our permission every hour to keep working — something that can fail at your site, for a reason you cannot see, on a morning we are asleep.
So we removed it. The module runs on your Odoo, the agents run on your machines, and neither calls us for anything. There is nothing to renew, and nothing that stops working if we ever do.
The honest trade: no metering also means no per-seat revenue, so support is email and it is us, not a team. That is the deal, and we would rather you knew it before paying than after.

Before you ask
Where does my data actually live?
On the Odoo server you host — your own machine, your own cloud account, your choice. Nothing reaches us: not time entries, not screenshots, not projects, not AI prompts. There is no exception and no opt-out to read carefully, because there is no endpoint on our side that accepts any of it.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes, and not as a generous gesture — we have no mechanism to count. Nothing in the module or the desktop agents reports a user or device count anywhere, so five people and five hundred both cost $149.
What if my team grows?
Nothing happens. Install the desktop app on the new machine and it works. There is no seat to buy, no limit to raise and nobody to tell.
Are there any ongoing costs?
None to us. You already pay for the Odoo server this runs on. If you point it at a hosted AI model you pay that provider directly at their own rates — we add no markup and never see the key. Run Ollama on your own hardware instead and even that is nothing.
How does the AI work?
Inside your own Odoo, on an engine you choose: Ollama on your own server (nothing leaves at all), or your own API key for OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or OpenRouter. Your server calls them directly — nothing is routed through us.
Is this Odoo Enterprise?
No. It runs on Odoo Community, which is free. If you already run Enterprise it sits alongside it with nothing to migrate.
Do I need to know Odoo already?
You need an Odoo server, or someone who can stand one up. If you have that, the module installs from Apps like any other and the desktop app asks for your server URL and nothing else.
What do I get for support?
Email, answered by the person who wrote the code. Send a message and you will get a real reply — there is no ticket queue and no tier you have to buy into.
