Zeetavix is a software company. We build software that installs on your own servers and stays there. Not an agency, not a platform, and not a company whose business model needs your data. One product today, priced once, with the whole mechanism written down where you can check it.
What we build
Odoo is the best ERP most companies will ever be able to afford, and its Community edition is genuinely free. We build the pieces that are missing from it.
Zeetavix WorkOS is the first: automatic timesheets, attendance, project budgets, focus reports and team recognition, driven by what actually happened on people’s machines rather than by what anybody remembered on Friday afternoon.
It runs entirely inside the Odoo you already host. That is not a deployment option we offer alongside a cloud version — there is no cloud version, and no server of ours for your data to sit on.
How we make money
You pay $149 once, through the Odoo Apps Store. That is the entire business model.
No subscription, no per-user fee, no upsell tier holding a feature hostage, and no enterprise edition with the good parts in it. There is one edition and it has everything.
We also make nothing from your AI usage. Point the product at Ollama on your own hardware and it costs nothing at all; point it at OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or OpenRouter with your own key and you pay them directly, at their price, with no markup from us. We never see the key, the prompts or the answers.
The honest trade: a one-time price means no recurring revenue, so support is email and it is small. We would rather you knew that before paying than discover it after.
What we will not do
Easier to state than a mission, and easier to hold us to.
- We will not take your data. Not screenshots, not timesheets, not window titles, not usage telemetry, not an anonymised aggregate. Your installation makes no request to us of any kind. It used to make one — an hourly licence check — and that went when the subscription did.
- We will not meter you. No seat counting, no device limits, no screenshot quotas. Partly because it is a better deal, mostly because metering requires a licence server, and a licence server is something that can fail at your site on a morning we are asleep.
- We will not hold your data hostage. Stop using the product and every timesheet, screenshot and report stays exactly where it already is — in your Odoo, on your disk. There is no export to request and no account to close, because there was never an account.
- We will not claim more than we have. Full activity collection is Windows-only today; macOS and Linux capture screenshots and system information while window and input tracking are still in development. That is on the features page, the downloads page and here, rather than in a footnote somebody finds afterwards.
Where this is going
One product, finished properly, before a second one starts.
The near work is closing the gap the previous paragraph describes: full activity collection on macOS and Linux, so the desktop app is the same product everywhere rather than one good platform and two partial ones.
After that, more of what Odoo Community is missing — built the same way, sold the same way. If you have hit a gap in Odoo that a self-hosted addon would close, tell us. That is genuinely how the roadmap gets set at this size.
